His passion for the sector was sparked during his time as a consultant for a national freight brokerage in Chattanooga, TN. Driven to expand his expertise, Chase earned his CDL and spent two years working as an over-the-road flatbed driver.

Chase later moved to Mississippi, where he further honed his operational skills with MCH Transportation, primarily managing dry-van truckload operations. Following his time at MCH, he joined Dynamic Environmental Services, focusing on flatbed, tanker, roll-off boxes, and hazmat freight. In 2024, Chase joined QTS and GC Transports—two operating companies within The Refuge Group. Alongside his work with Kinetic Transportation, he also contributes to Forbes Logistix, a trucking company specializing in open-deck transportation solutions.
